Operations Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support our operations team by managing and processing critical business data. This role involves handling shipment and customer data, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining data integrity across systems. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, good typing speed, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter shipment, customer, and account data accurately within defined timelines
• Input both text-based and numerical data from source documents into systems
• Maintain and update databases with high accuracy
• Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information
• Verify accuracy and correct discrepancies where required
• Compile and sort data to prepare it for system entry
• Research and gather missing or incomplete information
• Generate reports and maintain organized records of completed work
• Perform data backup and ensure proper storage of information
• Apply standard operating procedures and data handling guidelines

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post-Graduate with 2+ years of experience in Operations or Data Entry roles
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in an Operations role
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong typing speed with high accuracy

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management tools
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency
• Good organizational and time management skills
